To receive our offers and promotions, text YES to 3232. You can opt out at anytime by sending STOP to 3232.
If you have enabled the SIM PIN code and then incorrectly enter your PIN in your Lycamobile three times your SIM card will automatically lock. In this case, you must enter the PUK code. The PUK code is displayed on the SIM card holder that came in the starter pack.
Please retain it for storage. If you already have my Lycamobile you can also find the PUK code displayed there – click here to login If not, you can call our customer service department at Call 3332 (93#) or 9473 3332 / 2154 7171 and they will be happy to help you.
If the SIM does not work when you first enter it on your mobile, you have a SIM lock.
If you have been with your current provider for more than 1 year this lock can be removed for free, please contact your current provider directly to request the code that will allow you to remove the SIM lock.
If you have had your phone for less than a year, you should ask the handset provider how much it will cost to remove the SIM lock.
